Within our site we (hopefully) have made it easy to get info on upcoming shows, find out about cool side projects, and all sorts of nice distractions that you might care to hear more of.

We wanted to let you know that there's a SMOKIN' Skirt Alert show upcoming, in beautiful Downtown Ocean Beach (yay!!) Featured will be Gerard Nolan on Sax and the newest member of Skirt Alert, Grammy Award winner Bill Ray on drums.

So, here's the details:

• WHEN: Saturday, June 27 at 3pm
• WHERE: Community Stage (Cable Street just south of Newport Ave., Next to OB Surf & Skate)
• WHAT TIME: 3:00pm-4:00pm
• WHAT TO BRING? It's Ocean Beach! Just bring yourself. Everything else seems to "just work out".
